Authenticity guarantee

ZETA Shop guarantees that all watches sold through its website are 100% brand new, genuine, with unaltered serial number, and supplied with their original box, including the original warranty card and instruction booklet.

Every watch manufacturer engraves a unique serial number on its watches for identification purposes. ZETA Shop guarantees that each watch sold through its e-commerce channel bears the original manufacturer’s serial number, without any alterations and that every watch listed and sold is 100% brand new and authentic. We do we sell counterfeit or so-called “replica” watches.

Official vs unofficial retail channels

Watch manufacturers dictate that their watches are to be sold through authorized channels only, at full or close to full list prices. 

Our suppliers have arrangements with authorized dealers and distributors, whereby they commit to buy large quantities of watches from them periodically. This in turns allows us to sell brand new, authentic watches at discounted prices to consumers, with a full 2-year international warranty.

Hence, while ZETA Shop sources its inventory from authorized dealers and other direct, reliable suppliers, it is not an authorized dealer or reseller of the brands it carries.

Warranty service

All watches sold by ZETA Shop are fully covered by a 24-month international manufacturer warranty and include the original warranty card stamped by an authorized dealer.

In the unlikely event that your watch should need repair within 2 years from the date of purchase, the watch would have to be brought or sent to an authorized service centre nearest to your location. A list of authorized service centres by country is generally provided within the original watch booklet and/or warranty card that you will find with each product. Otherwise, this list can also be found on each manufacturer’s official web page.
