Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders and to all accepted destination countries*. While some items are shipped from our warehouse in Canada, most items offered on our store are shipped directly from our suppliers in Europe or North America (USA). Therefore, please allow a time window of 1 to 2 weeks (varies by supplier and destination country, but usually around 4 to 7 business days) for order processing, shipping and delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and the package has been expedited.
