All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt. We will not be able to proceed to an exchange or refund after this delay.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be in new condition and, in particular, meet (without being limited to) the following conditions:
- item should not have been washed;
- item should not have been damaged or stained;
- item should be in its original packaging or box and/or have all labels attached to it.
Any merchandise return must be approved prior to being sent back, otherwise it will not be accepted. Therefore, please contact us by email at email@example.com so that we can provide a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping address. Note that all shipping and postage fees for merchandise return shall be incurred by the buyer (customer) in all cases except the following: (1) if the item was damaged during transport or (2) if the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Damaged or defective goods
In the event that you notice a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transport, please notify us by email within 10 days of delivery date. We will provide all information required to send back the item and proceed with an exchange or refund. Return costs by postal or courrier service shall be covered by the seller (ZETA Shop), up to a maximum of 25% of the purchase price and a total value not exceeding $40 USD (for items over $160 USD)
We will send you an email notification once we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited within 3 working days to the credit card or PayPal account that was used for the purchase.
Except in the aforementioned cases of damage during transit, defective item or quality issue, the buyer shall be responsible for all shipping and postage fees to return any merchandise purchased through zetashop.ca online store.
If the value of the item to be returned is greater than $100, we advise you to select a shipping method providing a tracking number and insurance covering the item’s value, since we will not be able to proceed to an exchange or refund in the event that the item is lost during transit.
